Arrival at Dinner Key Marina – Meet your crew and board the yacht for your private dockside dinner experience. Welcome Aboard – Enjoy a warm welcome as your table is beautifully set and the evening begins. Dinner Service – Your gourmet meal is served aboard the yacht as you take in the peaceful marina setting. Relax & Unwind – Savor dessert and enjoy music, conversation, and the gentle waterfront atmosphere. Departure – Conclude your evening with lasting memories aboard your private yacht.

Check-in details

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled dinner time to allow for a smooth check-in and boarding process. Your private yacht will be waiting at Dinner Key Marina in Coconut Grove, and your crew will greet you at the dock. We recommend confirming your arrival with our team in advance to ensure your table is perfectly prepared. Parking is available within the marina area, and detailed directions will be provided in your confirmation email.

Cancellations

You can cancel 2 weeks prior to your trip. Your refund will be in the form of a Gift Card or we can reschedule for a later date. We do offer Trip Protection that will allow for a full refund to your Credit Card 7 days prior to your trip or reschedule for a later date. If we cannot go because of inclement weather on the day of departure we will try to reschedule. The captain will determine if there should be a cancellation due to weather.

Every Happy Cruises experience is completely private for you and your guests only. You’ll have exclusive use of the yacht and full attention from our crew during your dinner. How long does the Dine at the Dock experience last? The experience typically lasts about 2 hours, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your meal, relax, and take photos. What type of food is served? Dinner is catered by a local fine-dining restaurant, featuring high-quality Italian and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. Your meal is beautifully plated and served aboard by our crew. Can we bring our own wine or drinks? Absolutely. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages, including wine or champagne. We’ll provide ice, glassware, and bottle service at no extra charge. What should we wear? We recommend smart casual or dressy attire — similar to what you’d wear for a fine-dining restaurant. Heels are optional but not necessary for comfort aboard the yacht. Is gratuity included in the price? Gratuity is not included in the base price. If you enjoyed your experience, we recommend a 15–20% gratuity for the crew, which can be given at the end of the evening. Can we customize the experience? Yes! We can arrange flowers, decorations, or special desserts upon request. Just let us know your preferences ahead of time so we can make your evening extra special. What if the weather is bad? Since the yacht remains docked, light rain or wind does not affect the experience. In rare cases of severe weather, we’ll reschedule your dinner at no extra cost. Is this the same as the Private Dinner Cruise? No. The Dine at the Dock experience stays docked at Dinner Key Marina, while the Private Dinner Cruise includes 3–4 hours of cruising through Biscayne Bay. Both options offer full service, luxury dining, and a private crew — the main difference is whether you prefer to dine dockside or while sailing.
