Check-in details

Check in is required ONE hour prior to departure, so plan ahead and give yourself enough time to arrive comfortably. Being on time ensures a smooth boarding process and allows us to maximize your time out on the water. If all guests arrive early and we are ready ahead of schedule, we are happy to depart sooner which also means getting back earlier and making the most of your day.

Restrictions and requirements

Afternoon dives and dives at Biscayne National Park typically do not include guides; these sites are intended for buddy diving. Deep dives are for Advanced Open Water divers unless accompanied by a professional guide. Include a professional guide in your booking if you require guided dives; deep dives require Advanced Open Water certification or a professional guide. Guide fees are charged per diver, not per group.

Extras

Rental equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, BCD, regulator, computer, depth gauge, SMB, audible signaling device, compass, wetsuit, tanks and weights) is available for rent.

Cancellations

CANCELLATION POLICY - BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE We understand that plans can change. Our simple cancellation policy: 48+ hours before departure: Full refund or credit. Less than 48 hours: Reservation is non-refundable. No-show or missed departure: No refund or credit. Need to change your date? One rebooking is available, subject to availability. Rebooking within 48 hours of departure may be subject to a $75 fee. Weather: If Ace Diving Miami cancels your trip before departure due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you will receive a full refund or credit. Arrival: Please arrive 60 minutes before departure. Trips leave on time, and missed departures are treated as no-shows. A Few Things to Know Before You Board We want you to have a relaxed, fun day on the water, so here are a few quick things to keep in mind: Give yourself plenty of time to arrive. Traffic, parking, and flights can sometimes take longer than expected. Please plan ahead and arrive on time. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or credits for late arrivals, missed departures, or travel delays. Your rental gear is prepared just for you. Once equipment has been reserved and prepared for your trip, we’re unable to refund or credit unused rental gear. The ocean can be unpredictable. Seasickness, visibility, and how your body feels in the water can vary from day to day. If you’re unable to complete a dive for personal, physiological, or equipment-related reasons, refunds or credits aren’t available.
