Once equipment has been reserved and prepared for your trip, we’re unable to refund or credit unused rental gear. The ocean can be unpredictable. Seasickness, visibility, and how your body feels in the water can vary from day to day. If you’re unable to complete a dive for personal, physiological, or equipment-related reasons, refunds or credits aren’t available.
